Included with venue rental:

Use of our outdoor ceremony area.

 Tables/Chairs/Linens: 72″ Round Tables (seats 8-10 people), white folding garden chairs & white tablecloths.

Gift table/wagon dessert cart.

On-Site Facilities Manager (Does not replace wedding coordinator).

Clients can provide outside Beer/Wine & choice of  signature drink. Includes use of our bar/lounge Area (Alcohol to be served by bartenders, Security must be present when alcohol is served.).

Clients have the freedom to choose what caterers/vendors they choose to do business with! Make it the wedding of your dreams!

One hour rehearsal at a designated time (generally scheduled on Thursdays before the event).

Two story bridal cabin suite & groom’s changing area.

Optional rental (For Bear Creek Ranch Clients): wine barrels………………. $25 per barrel (6 Available).

Please note: venue retainer fees are non-refundable.

At least $1,000 due at sign up to go toward the retainer fee for the event.

Venue rental time is from 10AM until midnight.

Our dazzling indoor venue brings Tuscan and rustic styles together with our elegant main ballroom and our one of a kind “Horse-stable bar & lounge”! Walking into the stable bar area you notice the stables doors to the stalls still attached! Antique brick lines the walls and the beautiful rocked bar is a standout.
